Berean Baptist Academy serves a hot lunch to all students who order lunch through the RenWeb Parent Portal or in Homeroom. 

Ordering & Account Management

Parents can add funds to their student’s lunch account at any time. Orders should be placed in advance via the Parent Lunch Portal.

Lunch Programs by Grade Level

  • Preschool: Lunch is provided to all full-day students daily.
  • Elementary School: Meals, snacks, and drinks must be pre-ordered online through the Parent Portal. Each meal includes an entree, a side/vegetable, fruit, and your choice of water, milk, or juice.
    • Note: If an Elementary student arrives without a lunch, one will be ordered for them automatically.
  • Middle, Junior High, & High School: Daily meals, alternative lunch options, drinks, and snacks are available to be charged directly to the student’s lunch account.
    • Students in Middle School, Junior High, and High School will be provided a lunch upon request.

Billing Schedule

Lunches are invoiced nightly and follow a bi-monthly due date schedule:

  • Orders placed between the 6th and 20th: Payment is due on the 1st of the following month.
  • Orders placed between the 21st and 5th: Payment is due on the 15th of the current month.
