Today is Full Faith Friday Spirit Wear Day 

Berean Baptist Academy will occasionally observe Full Faith Fridays as special spirit days designed to encourage students to display their Christian faith and support for Christian higher education and ministries. 

On these days, students may wear attire consistent with the following guidelines:

1. Permitted Attire

   • Hoodies: Students may wear BBA hoodies as well as hoodies from Christian colleges, universities, or recognized Christian ministries.

   • Tops: Faith-based shirts (crew neck sweatshirts, t-shirts, polos, etc.) are permitted provided they reflect biblical truth consistent with our Statement of Faith. Spirit gear from Christian colleges or Christian ministries is also allowed.

   • Bottoms: Students may wear jeans, chinos, or slacks, provided they are neat, modest, and free of rips, holes, stains, frays, fading, or excessive decoration. Shorts, skirts, or dresses must remain within the normal dress code standard of no more than a dollar bill width above the knee.

   • Footwear: Shoes must remain neat and within the standard dress code guidelines.

2. General Appearance Standards

   • Clothing must continue to reflect neatness, modesty, and good grooming in line with the Academy’s General Appearance standards.

   • All attire must fit properly, avoiding extremes of being too tight or overly loose.

   • Messaging or imagery on all attire must support biblical truth, Christian witness, and the values of Berean Baptist Academy.

3. Limitations

   • Non-Christian college gear, secular organizations, or ministry wear not aligned with the Academy’s Statement of Faith are not permitted.

   • Hats or caps remain prohibited indoors except on designated spirit days, where they are expressly permitted.

   • Final determination of appropriateness rests with the administration.

Purpose: Full Faith Fridays are an opportunity for students to express unity in faith, celebrate Christian ministries and colleges, and encourage one another to pursue higher education and service opportunities rooted in Christ.
